We also process transaction history for gallery access and HD download upgrades, as well as technical data needed to operate the Service (for example session cookies and upload metrics).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Authenticate your account and access to event galleries.
- Deliver verification codes and sign-in magic links.
- Facilitate purchases of digital products (for example gallery access or HD packs).
- Send service emails about galleries you have accessed or events you host.
- Protect the Service against abuse and improve reliability.
3. Payment Processing
Checkout transactions are processed securely through payment processors. Chakam does not store your full card credentials or banking secrets on our servers.
4. Media & Intellectual Property
Photos hosted on Chakam are uploaded by event hosts. Preview media may include watermarks. Purchasing upgrades unlocks higher-resolution versions where offered. We do not sell your personal details to third-party advertisers.
